Our Services
Our team of experienced physical therapists are dedicated to providing personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. With a focus on recovery and overall well-being, we utilize evidence-based techniques to ensure optimal results and improved quality of life.
-
Whether you’re a competitive athlete or someone who enjoys staying active through the gym, running, or recreational sports, sports injuries can interrupt your performance and daily life. We specialize in the assessment and treatment of common sports-related injuries such as sprains, strains, tendonitis, and joint pain. Using a variety of proven techniques—including manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, soft tissue work, and neuromuscular movement retraining—we create personalised treatment plans to reduce pain, restore mobility, and help prevent future injuries. Our goal is to get you back to doing what you love—stronger, safer, and sooner.
-
Surgery is just one part of your recovery—proper physical therapy before and after your procedure plays a vital role in achieving the best results. Pre-operative rehab (“prehab”) helps you build strength, improve mobility, and prepare your body for surgery, which can lead to faster healing and better outcomes. Post-operative rehab focuses on reducing pain and swelling, restoring movement, rebuilding strength, and helping you return to full function safely and confidently.
We work with a wide range of surgical cases, including hip and knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, spinal surgeries, and more. Our tailored programs are designed to support you through every stage of recovery, ensuring a smooth return to your daily life and physical goals.
-
Support, stabilize, and protect your body with expert taping and strapping techniques. Whether you’re managing an injury, preventing strain, or enhancing performance, this service helps reduce pain, improve joint stability, and keep you moving confidently. Ideal for both athletes and active individuals, taping and strapping can be tailored to your specific needs—on the field, in the gym, or during everyday activities.
-
Living with chronic pain can be frustrating, exhausting, and limiting—but it doesn’t have to define your life. At our clinic, we specialize in assessing and treating ongoing pain conditions that have lasted for weeks, months, or even years. We take the time to understand the root causes of your pain, considering both physical and lifestyle factors.
Using evidence-based techniques—including orthopedic assessments, medical exercise science, manual therapy, movement education, and pain management strategies—we create a personalised plan that focuses on improving function, reducing discomfort, and empowering you to regain control of your body. Whether your pain stems from an old injury, arthritis, or a long-term condition, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
-
Acute injuries happen suddenly—often during sports, exercise, or everyday activities—and can include sprains, strains, ligament injuries or muscle tears. These injuries typically cause immediate pain, swelling, and limited movement. At our clinic, we provide expert care to manage acute injuries safely and effectively, using targeted treatments like immediate after care, manual therapy, controlled exercise, first aid, cryotherapy, and much more. We help reduce pain, promote healing, and support a faster recovery—so you can return to your routine with confidence.
-
Accelerate healing and reduce pain with electric needling—an advanced technique that combines dry needling with gentle electrical stimulation. This treatment targets tight or weak muscles, trigger points, and inflammation to restore mobility, improve circulation, and support faster recovery. Ideal for both chronic and acute conditions, electric needling is a powerful tool for anyone looking to move and feel better.
-
Whether you’re training hard, working long hours, or just feeling the effects of daily stress, sports massage can help you move and feel better. This form of treatment targets muscle tension, improves circulation, and enhances mobility —making it ideal for both athletes and anyone looking to reduce pain and recover faster. You don’t have to be a pro to benefit—just someone who wants to take better care of their body.

“Cant recommend Sean enough, when I started my visits I was depressed and in great pain from Achilles tendonitis. Stared on acupuncture and the progress is amazing, now focusing on my back and other areas. Very professional and friendly. Definitely has improved my life’’
-Chris
“Went to Sean and Louise over a shoulder injury I had which was stopping me from training and causing pain in my day to day life. After my second session and doing my rehab exercises I could already feel relief in the pain. By week 4 I was pain free and by week 5 I was able to start light training and now I am back to myself. Would highly recommend and reasonably priced’’

“Following my total knee replacement on the 2/2/22 I attended Sean Kelly for post operative physiotherapy. I found Sean to be extremely knowledgeable in his field and each physio session very well planned to benefit my recovery.
Under Sean’s care my knee has progressed from a painful stiff joint to a fully functioning knee aided also by the carefully planned program of exercises Sean had set out for me to do at home following each physio session. Sean also worked on my post operative scar and following my 6 month sport clinic check my consultant remarked on how the scar could barley be seen remarking it as a few months ahead of schedule, this was solely down to Sean’s dedication. I would certainly recommend Sean to anyone requiring physiotherapy as he is both professional and friendly in his approach.
